In accordance with the law, as from the 01/01/2004 (Loi N° 2003-9 du 3 janvier 2003, modified by the Loi N° 2004-1 du 3 janvier 2004) all swimming pools constructed after the 01/01/2004 must have a security system. After construction and before filling the pool with water, the owner is held responsible until a regulation security system is in place. The fine for not adhering to this law is 45000 Euros. There are four different types of security systems available and we will be happy to discuss details with you. The security systems are as follows:
